Keep an eye on Freeman. He was previously ranked No. 2 among first basemen before he was diagnosed with COVID-19. He could be out a substantial amount of time. But, he's still worth drafting on the off chance that he comes back strong or if he is ahead of schedule closer to the start of the season. If Freeman is sidelined long-term, it could open the door for Yonder Alonso to get into the lineup.
The same goes for Sano and LeMahieu, who were likewise announced as having tested positive for the coronavirus on Saturday. LeMahieu is described as asymptomatic. Regardless, it's currently impossible to tell what the season-wide implications will be for these players.
