LeBron James' sports media company, Uninterrupted, is set to collaborate with Quibi on producing a docuseries entitled "Sign Language," chronicling the Houston Astros' sign-stealing scandal, according to a press release obtained by Erik Garcia Gundersen of USA TODAY Sports.

"The documentary will transcend the baseball diamond to explore larger themes of greed, cheating, corruption, sportsmanship, and social media activism," the release stated. "Using Uninterrupted's hit podcast 'R2C2' with CC Sabathia and Ryan Ruocco, access to top athletes, sports reporters, and The Cinemart's award-winning investigative filmmaking, 'Sign Language' will be the definitive documentary about the scandal that rocked America's pastime."

Sabathia, who hosts a podcast through Uninterrupted, was a member of the New York Yankees at the time of the scandal. The Astros eliminated the Yankees from the 2017 postseason en route to their first championship in franchise history.

An investigation into the Astros found they engaged in an illegal sign-stealing program throughout the 2017 regular season and playoffs. It resulted in season-long suspensions for general manager Jeff Luhnow, manager AJ Hinch, and then-bench coach Alex Cora.

A release date for the upcoming documentary was not announced.
