Three-time Sixth Man of the Year Jamal Crawford is in shape and remains hopeful an NBA team will sign him for the remainder of the season, sources told The Athletic's Shams Charania.

The soon-to-be 40-year-old can sign with any team and is playoff-eligible.

Crawford last played for the Phoenix Suns. The 6-foot-5 combo guard averaged 7.9 points and 3.6 assists during just under 19 minutes per game, with 33.2% accuracy on 3-point attempts in 64 appearances in 2018-19.

His final outing of the campaign was a memorable one, as Crawford scored 51 points on 18-of-30 shooting, outdueling Dallas Mavericks legend Dirk Nowitzki in the future Hall of Famer's last game.
