Target in California selling posters depicting 49ers as SB LIV champs
One Target store in California apparently didn't get the memo that the Kansas City Chiefs won Super Bowl LIV.
Alex Tran of Niners Nation discovered that San Francisco 49ers championship posters are being sold at a Target in Livermore, California.

While the 49ers lost the game, some fans are still interested in buying a poster.

The NFL used to destroy the losing team's Super Bowl merchandise but now works with Good360 to redistribute the items to charitable organizations around the world.
However, the league says it doesn't look to sell any of the runner-up's merch.
"While a fan might find (an unusable championship T-shirt) interesting and fun, a novelty, we want to be sensitive to the team," Anna Isaacson, the NFL's senior vice president of social responsibility, told Jay Busbee of Yahoo Sports. "No one likes to lose a championship game. The club put its heart and soul on the line, and we wouldn't want to be seen as making fun of that."
