The enshrinement plaques of several Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame inductees are being auctioned off, including those belonging to Michael Jordan, Magic Johnson, and Julius Erving.
The plaques are the original 25-by-28-inch, black-and-white portraits displayed along the Hall's domed ceiling, according to The Associated Press. The Hall is replacing the plaques as part of a $30-million renovation because the dome ran out of room for additional inductees following the class of 2018.
The Hall is also auctioning off portraits of Bob Cousy, Jerry West, Pete Maravich, Rick Barry, Isiah Thomas, Patrick Ewing, and Shaquille O'Neal.
Inductees will be displayed digitally in another part of the museum once the renovations are complete.
