Miami Heat star Jimmy Butler sees some similarities between himself and Banksy.

Butler compared himself to the controversial anonymous street artist while discussing how he's sometimes misunderstood.

"I'm not saying I'm a piece of art. What I'm saying is that some people don't understand a Picasso, but you have to take the damn Picasso anyway because it's a Picasso," he told Haute Living, according to Page Six's Carlos Greer.

"I think I'm that way. You may not understand me, but that doesn't mean I'm going to change. A Picasso is going to stay a Picasso. But seriously, I'm not a Picasso - I'm more like a Banksy!"

Butler arrived in Miami with some baggage from his previous stints with the Minnesota Timberwolves and Philadelphia 76ers, but he's assured Heat fans that he isn't the "asshole" that he's been made out to be.
