Bidding on Magic Johnson 'Dream Team' jersey tops $40K

A game-worn Magic Johnson "Dream Team" jersey has hit the auction block, and it's drawing substantial interest.
Bidding for the 1992 United States men's Olympic basketball team jersey has already reached $44,291 on SCP Auctions' website as of Thursday evening, with nine days remaining.
The jersey was worn by Johnson during Team USA's 115-77 victory over Puerto Rico in the quarterfinals and is the only photo-matched "Dream Team" jersey known to exist, according to SCP. Johnson finished the game with 13 points and seven assists.
SCP previously sold a "Dream Team" game-used and signed basketball for a record $230,041.
