A pair of Photoshopped pictures may have prompted a random drug test for Los Angeles Lakers guard Alex Caruso.
The images, which showed a jacked-up-looking Caruso in the gym, began making the rounds on social media last week.
On Tuesday, Caruso revealed on his Instagram story that he received a drug test from the NBA.
The 25-year-old signed a two-year, $5.5-million contract to return to the Lakers in July.
