Barkley booed for trashing T-Wolves, Vikings at Katy Perry concert
Charles Barkley made a lot of enemies in Minnesota on Sunday night.
The NBA Hall of Famer took aim at the Timberwolves and Vikings while on stage at The Armory for the Capital One JamFest - a free concert headlined by Katy Perry and Zedd as part of the NCAA March Madness Music Series.
"I wanna thank Minneapolis, Minnesota. You guys have a great, great city. I wanna thank y'all for a great weekend," Barkley told the crowd. "I haven't been here for a long time because the Timberwolves suck."
Unfazed by the boos, Barkley added, "The Vikings suck, also."
Who was the halftime entertainment between @Zedd and @katyperry? #CharlesBarkley who said @timberwolves and @Vikings suck. That’s why he doesn’t come to Minneapolis more often. pic.twitter.com/PxCjHRf2Xl
