Okeke did not return. The sophomore was having a monster game for the Tigers, logging 20 points and 11 rebounds before the injury. The Tigers defeated the Tar Heels 97-80 to advance to their first Elite Eight since 1986.
"We don't know his status," Tigers coach Bruce Pearl said of Okeke afterward, according to Stadium's Jeff Goodman. "We think it could be serious."
