Tennessee bolsters recruiting class with 4th-ranked LB To'oto'o

Tennessee landed a huge commitment Wednesday as four-star linebacker Henry To'oto'o opted to sign with the Volunteers. Henry To'oto'o

To'oto'o is the fourth-ranked linebacker in the country and is listed by ESPN as the No. 47 overall prospect from the class of 2019.

The No. 5 prospect out of California, To'oto'o chose Tennessee over a group of finalists including Utah and Alabama.

The SEC now has 124 of ESPN's top 300 recruits, the most for any conference in a single class in 14 years of ESPN's recruiting rankings.
