The Rock favorite to win 2019 Royal Rumble

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson has emerged as an early favorite to win next year's Royal Rumble.

Odds released by Sky Bet list Johnson as a 2-1 favorite to win the event, followed by Daniel Bryan (6-1), Seth Rollins (8-1), and Braun Strowman (9-1), according to Wrestling Inc's Raj Giri. Roman Reigns, John Cena, and Finn Balor are tied at 12-1 odds.

The 2019 Royal Rumble will take place Jan. 27 at Chase Field in Phoenix, marking the first time the event has ever been held at a baseball stadium.

Johnson told WWE's Cathy Kelley in July that he "can't wait to get back into a WWE ring," and there has reportedly been talk of him making his return at WrestleMania 35.
