Simone Biles continues to exist in rarefied air, winning all of her events en route to her fifth U.S. National Gymnastics individual all-around title.

Biles posted a two-day score of 119.850, easily surpassing 2017 world champion Morgan Hurd (113.300). Riley McMusker finished third in the individual all-around category with a score of 112.750.

A four-time Olympic gold medalist, Biles dominated the field, sweeping the vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor exercises. Biles became the first woman to win every event at the U.S. Nationals since Dominique Dawes in 1994.

“She’s better physically than she was in Rio, and watching her in Rio I didn’t think that was humanly possible for anyone to be better than she was or for herself to be better," 2008 Olympic all-around champion Nastia Liukin said via Team USA's official website. "It truly is a mental game at this point, but I have no doubt that if she continues doing what she’s doing there’s not a chance in the world that anybody is going to be able to beat her."

Biles captured four consecutive U.S. championships from 2013-16. Ragan Smith won the 2017 all-around title, while Biles did not participate in the event.

Earlier this summer, Biles captured the all-around title at the 2018 U.S. Classic.
