Doncic leads Real Madrid to ACB title, will attend NBA draft
Potential top-five pick Luka Doncic will attend the 2018 NBA Draft on Thursday after completing his dream season by earning another title to go along with his EuroLeague trophy.
Doncic helped Real Madrid eliminate Baskonia with a 3-1 series victory Tuesday in the ACB Finals, and will therefore be free to travel to New York City for the draft Thursday.
He would have remained in Spain if Baskonia forced Game 5, which was scheduled for Friday, but Doncic nailed a ridiculous one-legged shot with the shot clock expiring to seal the win with under three minutes left.

The 19-year-old Slovenian guard was in the conversation to go first overall in this year's draft, but is now thought of as a surefire high lottery pick.
