Cleveland Cavaliers head coach Tyronn Lue revealed Thursday that he is being treated for anxiety.

"Just anxiety, and the medication I'm on is great," Lue told ESPN's Rachel Nichols. "No more chest pains so everything's been great."

The 41-year-old Lue took a nine-game leave of absence in March and April after coughing up blood, suffering from chest pains, and losing sleep. Tests determined his symptoms were partly a result of anxiety. He told ESPN that he had experienced chest pain before, and a change in diet was a big help.

"It wasn't as bad as people thought it was. But I did have some chest pains for the last couple of years," Lue said. "And I was just trying to be able to get through it not knowing what was wrong with me. So the two weeks I took off just finally had a chance to focus on myself and change my diet. Hired a chef. Stopped drinking as many Shirley Temples."

Cavaliers big man Kevin Love opened up this season regarding his own experiences with panic attacks.
