Welcome to the playoffs, Ricky.

It took Utah Jazz point guard Ricky Rubio seven years to reach the postseason, after six unsuccessful years running the show with the Minnesota Timberwolves. Now, with the hype surrounding super-rookie Donovan Mitchell and likely Defensive Player of the Year Rudy Gobert, the 6-foot-4 Spaniard is the one making his mark in Game 3.

Rubio was on fire in the second quarter, scoring 14 of 15 points for the Jazz in a crucial three-and-a-half minute stretch that turned a seven-point deficit into a four-point lead, including this step-back triple that he likely didn't know he had in his repertoire.

He capped off the insanity with an impossible cross-court dish to Joe Ingles for a three to put the Jazz up seven late in the half.

It's safe to say the Utah faithful are happy to have the Euro-star, with a sea of fans chanting "Rubio" after getting fouled at the three-point line.

Rubio finished the half with 19 points, seven rebounds, and six assists, hitting six of 11 shots from the field.
