The injury bug continues to ravage the Oklahoma City Thunder at the two-spot.

Head coach Billy Donovan announced that Corey Brewer suffered a knee sprain in Wednesday's win over the Memphis Grizzlies and will be evaluated Thursday, according to ESPN's Royce Young.

The veteran shooting guard suffered the ailment in the fourth quarter when a tumbling Mario Chalmers rolled into his lower body as he attempted a 3-pointer.

Brewer was clearly in pain and immediately grabbed his knee. He exited the game without shooting his free throws, which Nick Collison took upon checking in. Brewer finished with 17 points and three rebounds in 31 minutes of the 137-123 victory.

The Thunder signed the 2011 champion last month for the remainder of the campaign as a replacement for starter Andre Roberson, who suffered a season-ending knee injury in late January. Alex Abrines, another shooting guard, is currently in the concussion protocol.

Brewer is averaging 9.7 points, 3.4 rebounds, 2.2 steals, and 1.4 assists over 17 games (primarily as a starter) with OKC. He was seen postgame walking around the locker room "without that bad of a limp" and in good spirits, per Young.

Teammate Paul George provided a positive update on Brewer's condition.

"I think he'll be fine," he told Young. "From talking to him, he says he'll be alright."
