LeBron James sees the light at the end of the tunnel.

With just two outings remaining in the regular season, all James has to do is suit up Monday night against the New York Knicks, and then again on Wednesday in the finale to have played a full 82-game slate - something he's never done before in his career.

"We'll see how tonight goes," the Cleveland Cavaliers star said Monday morning, according to ESPN's Dave McMenamin. "I've been telling you that for the last four weeks. So my mindset is focus on tonight, and if I come out healthy, I'll be available for Wednesday. That's all that matters for me."

While providing his response to the media, James leaned over in his seat and knocked the hardwood at Madison Square Garden with his fist so to not jinx himself.

Cavaliers head coach Tyronn Lue mentioned last month James doesn't feel he can take games off with the team missing so many bodies due to injury, and that he wants to "lead and lead by example."

The four-time league Most Valuable Player missed just a single game in the 2008-09 season to fall short of the mark, and two games four years prior in 2005.

James is currently averaging 37.2 minutes per game in his 15th season, the most of any player in the Association.
