Report: Notre Dame's Colson fractures foot for 2nd time this season

For the second time since January, Notre Dame senior forward Bonzie Colson broke his left foot, suffering the injury Saturday during The Fighting Irish's second-round NIT tournament loss against Penn State, sources told Shams Charania of Yahoo Sports.

Colson also broke his left foot during practice on Jan. 2, missing 15 games but returning in time for Notre Dame's NIT run.

The 22-year-old is a projected as a second-round pick after a stellar season in which he averaged an ACC-leading 10.1 rebounds to go along with 19.7 points and 2.2 blocks.

Colson is expected to be ready and fully healthy for team workouts during the predraft process, according to Charania.
