James Harden sat out Sunday's win over the Dallas Mavericks to recover from left knee soreness.

The Houston Rockets guard won't be on the shelf for long, though, as head coach Mike D'Antoni indicated the superstar is just resting and will be back in the lineup for Monday's tilt with the San Antonio Spurs.

"A little rest, a little making sure he's ready for the next game," D'Antoni said, as quoted by ESPN's Tim MacMahon.

The Beard leads the league with 31.1 points per game to go along with 8.8 assists, 5.1 rebounds, and 1.9 steals. The Rockets have the best record in the NBA and went 4-3 when the MVP contender missed time earlier this season to nurse a left hamstring strain.
