Stephen Curry didn't forget how to shoot the rock over the All-Star break.

Returning to action Thursday night at Oracle Arena, the Golden State Warriors outdueled a feisty Los Angeles Clippers squad on the back of Curry's 44-point performance, pulling out a narrow 134-127 victory.

The two-time NBA Most Valuable Player connected on 14-of-19 from the field, 8-of-11 from 3-point range, and a perfect 8-of-8 at the charity stripe in 36 minutes.

He also contributed nine dimes, grabbed six boards, and recorded two steals. Despite his four turnovers, Curry still managed to produce 1.63 points per individual possession in an insanely efficient offensive performance.

Thursday marked the third time in the 2017-18 season that Curry has finished with 40 or more points. His season high came Jan. 27 when he dropped 49 on the Boston Celtics.

The win moves the Warriors (45-14) back into a tie with the Houston Rockets (44-13) for first place atop the Western Conference.
