Glenn Robinson III is finally ready to play.

The Indiana Pacers swingman has been cleared to play and expects to make his long-awaited season debut Friday versus the Atlanta Hawks.

Robinson, 24, had ankle surgery in October after suffering a high ankle sprain during training camp that was originally only supposed to sideline him for two months.

Though he's been out of commission for more than double that time, the 2017 Slam Dunk champion doesn't think he'll need to be on a minutes restriction and believes he'll fit in well with the team. The Pacers are fifth in the East and just a half-game back of having home-court advantage in the playoffs.

Robinson averaged 6.1 points and 3.6 rebounds over 69 games with Indiana in 2016-17. He'll be a free agent after the season.
