The Denver Nuggets just torched the Milwaukee Bucks from three.

As both teams battle for playoff positioning in their respective conferences, the Nuggets were unwilling to relinquish control of the game, hitting 24 threes - one shy of tying the NBA record.

It's only the sixth time a team has been able to record at least 24 3-pointers and the first time a team was able to shoot 60-plus percent from three in 40 attempts.

It should be noted that two of Cleveland's 24-plus 3-point efforts came in the playoffs, including its desperate effort against the Golden State Warriors in the 2017 NBA Finals to fend off elimination before falling in five games.

The Nuggets had seven different players take at least three shots from beyond the arc. All seven players hit at least two of their shots.
