Rich Swann, WWE agree to part ways

Rich Swann is no longer with WWE.
The company announced Thursday that it had "mutually agreed to part ways" with the former WWE Cruiserweight Champion.

Swann was suspended indefinitely by WWE in December after he was arrested in Florida on charges of domestic battery and false imprisonment stemming from an altercation with his wife, wrestler Su Yung. The charges were later dropped after prosecutors determined there was insufficient evidence to move forward with the case.
