The Golden State Warriors reportedly have a reunion in mind.

The Warriors have some interest in signing shooting guard Marco Belinelli, who received a buyout from the Atlanta Hawks earlier this week, two sources told Monte Poole of NBC Bay Area.

Belinelli started his career with the Warriors a decade back after Golden State drafted him 18th overall in 2007. He struggled as a rookie but came into his own in 2008-09, averaging 8.9 points and 2.1 assists per game while hitting 39.7 percent from deep.

The 31-year-old largely remains the same player he always was. He was an effective shooter off the bench for the Hawks this season, as he averaged 11.4 points per game while hitting 37.2 percent from deep. He doesn't bring much else and is a subpar defender, but his shooting ability could be an asset on almost any team.
