Report: Rousey could team up with The Rock for WrestleMania 34 match

Big plans are in the works for WrestleMania 34 on April 8.

WWE is reportedly trying to put together a tag-team match featuring Ronda Rousey and Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson against Stephanie McMahon and Triple H, sources from the company told Dave Meltzer of MMA Fighting. The match was apparently first designated for WrestleMania 32 in 2016 after the four appeared in the ring together a year earlier.

The biggest question mark seems to be Johnson's availability. His last significant match was against John Cena at WrestleMania 29, and according to Meltzer, insurance policies connected with with his various film projects have prevented him from wrestling.

WrestleMania 34 figures to be the first WWE match for Rousey, who signed a full-time contract with the company after appearing at Sunday's Royal Rumble event in Philadelphia.
