Basketball world applauds LeBron for reaching 30K points
He finally did it.
Cleveland Cavaliers forward LeBron James became the youngest player in NBA history to reach 30,000 career points. He is also one of only seven players ever to do so, joining Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Karl Malone, Kobe Bryant, Michael Jordan, Wilt Chamberlain, and Dirk Nowitzki.
The basketball world took the time to congratulate James on Twitter for the historic feat.
From #Akron to #30k @KingJames well done my brotha

Despite the rut the Cavaliers currently find themselves in, James' teammates also took the time to jump onto social media to congratulate their faithful leader after their loss to the San Antonio Spurs.

It was a memorable night regardless of the result, and it was cool to see Dwyane Wade embrace his longtime friend shortly after the shot.
