New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady is off to his eighth Super Bowl, rallying to beat the Jacksonville Jaguars 24-20 in the AFC Championship Game on Sunday.

Despite an injured throwing hand, Brady completed 26 of 38 passes for 290 yards and two touchdowns, including the game-winning score to Danny Amendola with 2:48 remaining.

After the victory, the five-time Super Bowl champ downplayed the injury and took a friendly shot at Tiger Woods.

"I'd rather not wear it but I think it's kind of arrogant to say it bothered me when we had a pretty good game so I wouldn't say that," Brady told reporters. "It's like when Tiger Woods said 'That was my C game' and won the tournament."

Woods hasn't won an event since August 2013 but is set to make his PGA Tour return at Torrey Pines next week, where he'll seek his 80th career tour victory.
