Texas head coach Tom Herman appears to have added a key member to his staff. Auburn offensive line coach Herb Hand will reportedly join the Longhorns as co-offensive coordinator and offensive line coach, sources told college football insider Brett McMurphy.

The 50-year-old is expected to work with current Longhorns offensive coordinator Tim Beck, who just completed his first season with the program.

Hand comes to Texas after a two-year stint at Auburn, preceded by stops at programs such as Penn State, Vanderbilt, Tulsa, West Virginia, and Clemson in the roles of offensive line coach, tight ends coach, and run-game coordinator at various periods.
