Rodney Hood let his emotions get the better of him Wednesday, and he's now paying the price for it.
The Utah Jazz guard has been fined $35,000 by the NBA for slapping a cell phone out of a fan's hand following his ejection against the Washington Wizards on Wednesday.
After complaining to official Tony Brothers and not letting up late in the third quarter, Hood was given the heave-ho and sent to the locker room, but not before smacking a phone out of a nearby fan's grip who was seemingly attempting to take a photo of him.
The Jazz went on to defeat the Wizards by three points, despite Hood's ejection.
