James has been stellar as usual, averaging 27.3 points, 8.8 assists, and eight rebounds. The Cavaliers are in a free fall of late, but they're still the third-best team in the East despite an aging and injured roster.

Antetokounmpo, along with James, is a leading candidate for Most Valuable Player this season. He's averaging 28.2 points, 10.1 rebounds, and 4.6 assists while shooting 54.6 percent from the field.

Irving has thrived as the leading figure on a revamped Celtics team that sits atop the East. The former All-Star Game MVP is averaging 24.1 points with five assists per game.

Embiid is finally healthy after appearing in just 31 games in his first three seasons. The Cameroonian pivot is averaging 23.8 points, 10.8 rebounds, and 1.9 blocks in 31.3 minutes per game.

DeRozan, a four-time All-Star, is averaging 25.2 points, 4.1 rebounds, and five assists for the Eastern Conference's second-placed Raptors.
