Lakers hosting 'Kobeland' for Bryant's jersey retirement

The Los Angeles Lakers are throwing a street festival in Kobe Bryant's honor Monday to celebrate the retirement of his No. 8 and No. 24 jerseys.
"Kobeland," as the festival has been dubbed, will take place from 4-7 p.m. on Chick Hearn Court next to Staples Center and feature interactive games, a Kobe-inspired Ferris wheel, a live DJ, photo opportunities, merchandise, and more. Admission is free and the event is open to the public.

Bryant's jerseys will be raised to the rafters at halftime of the Lakers' game against the Golden State Warriors on Monday night.
