Oladipo 'sick and tired' of Paul George comparisons
Victor Oladipo has had a career resurgence as the new face of the Indiana Pacers, and would prefer if everyone stopped comparing him to the former franchise star he was dealt for in the offseason.
"I'm kind of getting sick and tired of the comparisons with Paul George and myself," said Oladipo following his team's 126-116 win over the Denver Nuggets Sunday, according to The Indy Star's Clifton Brown. "He's moved on. I moved on from the situation that I was in.
"Life takes its course, things happen. I'm happy here, he's happy there. I wish him all the best. I'm feathery, right here as a Pacer. I don't have no disrespect towards him, or what happened. I'm just grateful, and honored, to put on this jersey every night."

When Oladipo and Domantas Sabonis were shipped off to Indiana in exchange for All-Star swingman Paul George, it was viewed as a one-sided deal in favor of the Oklahoma City Thunder. George was the proven commodity, while Oladipo was perceived as a rotation player who couldn't possibly fill his shoes.
Several months later, it's Oladipo shining brightest in his new surroundings, while George has had difficulties adjusting to a lesser role in a Big Three with Russell Westbrook and Carmelo Anthony for the 12-13 Thunder.
