LeBron James is taking his home-buying talents to Los Angeles ... again.

The Cleveland Cavaliers superstar has purchased a new $23-million Brentwood mansion, marking his second property in L.A, according to the Los Angeles Times' Neal J. Leitereg.

The 15,846-square-foot home includes eight bedrooms, 9.5 bathrooms, an elevator, swimming pool, spa, massage room, home theater, cigar room, onyx-lined wet bar, and, of course, a wine cellar for the noted vino connoisseur.

James, 32, is expected to opt out of his contract after the season to hit unrestricted free agency. He's been linked to the Los Angeles Lakers in rumors, given the allure of the storied franchise and his not-so-secret affinity for the city.

The four-time MVP already has a home in Brentwood where he spends his offseasons, as well as a Burbank-based entertainment company and a budding career in showbiz.

As for the Lakers, the team has made clear its intention to clear cap room so it can land two stars next summer. But Lakers fans shouldn't be so quick to pick up purple and gold James jerseys, as the three-time champion's business partner Maverick Carter explained last month that, more than location or anything else, James wants to be in a winning situation.

The 13-time All-Star is averaging 28.2 points, 8.6 assists, eight rebounds, 1.4 steals, and 1.2 blocks this season for his hometown Cavs, who've won 13 straight contests.
