John Cena is in trouble with Ford Motor after flipping his new custom-made 2017 Ford GT sports car.

According to a lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court in Michigan, the WWE star was "selected from thousands of applicants for the opportunity to purchase the Ford GT" and signed an agreement with the company stating he would hold onto the vehicle for two years. Ford says it delivered the car to Cena on Sept. 23 and learned by Oct. 20 that he had already sold it.

"Mr. Cena has unfairly made a large profit from the unauthorized resale flip of the vehicle, and Ford has suffered additional damages and losses, including, but not limited to, loss of brand value, ambassador activity, and customer goodwill due to the improper sale," the lawsuit states.

During a conversation with a Ford representative, Cena "admitted he had sold the vehicle, and did so along with other assets to liquidate for cash to take care of expenses." The company is now seeking damages "in excess of $75,000."
