The Associated Press poll for Week 3 of the college basketball season continues to see unbeaten Duke reign supreme at No. 1. Michigan State, Kentucky, and Northwestern were the only top-25 teams from the previous poll to suffer losses in Week 2, leading to very minor shuffling among the top 25.

Michigan State, the preseason No. 2, slipped to No. 4 after losing 88-81 to Duke on Nov. 14. The Spartans got back on track Sunday by beating Stony Brook 93-71, but they also saw standout forward Miles Bridges leave the game with a noticeable limp. He's listed as day-to-day.

The biggest riser of the week was Baylor, jumping from No. 25 to 22 by virtue of homes wins over Texas A&M-Corpus Christi and Alcorn State by a combined score of 148-107.

On the lower end, Northwestern (previously No. 20) fell off the map in the wake of a 36-point, neutral-site throttling by Texas Tech. That opened the door for Alabama to make their first appearance on the year at No. 25.
