Sergio Aguero suffered a scare while representing Argentina, but El Kun won't skip a beat in the Premier League.

Manchester City announced that Aguero is fit and available for selection for the Citizens' trip to Leicester City. After the product of CA Independiente suffered a dizzy spell during Argentina's 4-2 defeat to Nigeria in a friendly that was played in Russia, he was taken to hospital for precautionary medical checks. Doctors cleared him, and he returned to Manchester on Wednesday.

"He arrived two days ago and the doctor says he's perfect," Pep Guardiola said. "He was conscious all the time in Argentina and he's OK. Nothing to be worried about."

Aguero took to Twitter on Thursday, writing: "All the tests they ran on me as a precaution came out well so I'm ready and prepared for the game on Saturday. Let's go City!!"

Aguero tallied his 36th international goal in the friendly, one-timing a pass from Cristian Pavon into the back of the net to take sole possession of third place on Argentina's all-time scoring list.
