Tony Romo is convinced it's going to be a good year for Tiger Woods.

Romo, who's a scratch golfer, predicted during Sunday’s New England Patriots-Buffalo Bills broadcast that the 14-time major champion is truly back after an impressive return at the Hero World Challenge.

The former Dallas Cowboys quarterback told his television partner, Jim Nantz, that he needs to work on some good Tiger material when the golfer returns to the tour.

"You gotta come up with your Tiger lines … Hey, Tiger's going to make a run, I'm telling you right now," said the CBS NFL analyst. "Tiger Woods is back."

Romo was Woods' amateur partner at the 2012 AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am, and has tried several times to qualify for the U.S. Open.

Woods played just one PGA Tour event in 2017, eventually undergoing a fourth back operation in April, but posted an admirable T-9 result in the Bahamas.
