What Tiger had to say after Sunday's 68 at Hero World Challenge

Tiger Woods was in traditional red and black attire Sunday at the Hero World Challenge, and playing like the player that won 14-major titles.

Woods posted a 4-under-par 68 to finish in a tie for ninth at 8-under par for the week.

Here's what Woods said after his final round:

On his takeaway from this week:

"I knew I was going to be able to play all four rounds," Woods told Terry Gannon of NBC. "That wasn't going to be the issue. I played a lot at home, I came down here, I played. The issue was going to be, how was my scoring going to be, how was my feel, how am I going to get used to the adrenaline in my system for the first time in a while? It took a little bit of time."

On his future and next possible start:

"I think that we're going to sit down here," said Woods. "We're going to figure out what's the best way for me to build my schedule for the major championships. Play how much, what my training cycles are going to be and play enough but don't play too much. I don't know what golf courses I'll be playing and what's the best way to go about it, we'll sit down with the whole team and we'll figure it out."

On the quality of the 2-iron at No. 3 in the final round:

"I hit a couple of good ones on No. 9 there," Woods told reporters after the round. "But that 2-iron at three was... it was money. Unfortunately it didn't even end up on the green."

On most satisfying part of his game:

"I think the way I drove it, I really drove it well. And I really putted well. I know I had one day where I didn't have speed on the greens, but I had a lot of good putts this week."

On if he's hurting at all:

"No."
