LaVar Ball says his middle son, LiAngelo, will be fine following his arrest in Hangzhou, China for allegedly shoplifting sunglasses from a Louis Vuitton store.

LiAngelo, along with two other UCLA freshmen, were detained by local officials during the school's exhibition trip. He has been released on bail, but still may face charges. LaVar, for one, isn't overly concerned - or at least, he's trying not to sound too worried.

"He'll be fine," LaVar Ball said, according to Ohm Youngmisuk of ESPN. "He'll be fine. Everybody making it a big deal. It ain't that big of a deal."

LiAngelo's older brother Lonzo, who plays for the Los Angeles Lakers, said he's "just trying to focus on the game," and hasn't talked to his family since the arrest story began to unfold.

UCLA is scheduled to play an exhibition game against Georgia Tech in Shanghai this weekend.
