Florida's Davis reportedly expected to miss rest of season with knee injury

Florida running back Malik Davis is expected to miss the rest of the season with a knee injury, according to Graham Hall of the Gainesville Sun.

Davis suffered the injury in the first quarter of Saturday's loss to Georgia and did not return.

This news certainly won't help the Gators' struggling offense, as Davis was leading the team in rushing with 526 yards. Lamical Perine should be in line for additional carries with Davis sidelined.
