Report: Lombard vs. Dollaway slated for UFC 222 in Las Vegas
Hector Lombard will vie for a much-needed W when he meets C.B. Dollaway in a middleweight bout at UFC 222 on March 3 at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Adam Hill of the Las Vegas Review-Journal reports.
The 39-year-old heads into the bout on a four-fight skid, with three of those defeats coming by way of knockout. Lombard most recently fell to Anthony Smith by third-round stoppage at UFC Fight Night 116 this past September, and hasn't seen his hand raised since besting Jake Shields by unanimous decision at UFC 171 back in March 2014.
Dollaway, 34, last snapped a three-fight slump of his own with a unanimous decision over Ed Herman at the "TUF 25" finale in July. He meets Lombard with a promotional record of 10-8.
A main event has not yet been attached to the March bill.
