According to Vegas odds, Georges St-Pierre would be better off moving down in weight after his recent win over Michael Bisping.

The UFC middleweight champion opened as the betting favorite against potential opponent Conor McGregor, but Robert Whittaker, the interim middleweight titleholder, would be expected to get the win, according to Bovada's odds as of Tuesday night.

St-Pierre vs. McGregor
Georges St-Pierre (-150)
Conor McGregor (+120)

St-Pierre vs. Whittaker
Georges St-Pierre (+135)
Robert Whittaker (-165)

A bout with McGregor, the lightweight champion, would almost certainly have to be in St-Pierre's former division at welterweight. Both of McGregor's bouts with Nate Diaz were at 170 pounds.

St-Pierre has said it was in his contract that he would be required to take on Whittaker for a title unification bout. Whittaker has been rumored as the headliner for UFC 221 in his home country of Australia in February, but nothing has been confirmed.
