South Florida's D'Ernest Johnson: Held out of the end zone

Johnson ran the ball 17 times for 53 yards against Cincinnati on Saturday.

Analysis:

Johnson saw more carries than fellow back Darius Tice, but was unable to find the end zone. His streak of 100 yard games also ended at three, as he managed just 53 yards and 3.1 yards per carry against the Bearcats, his second lowest average of the season. The entire Bulls offense struggled in the game, scoring just two offensive touchdowns. Johnson will look to bounce back next week against Tulane.
