Look: Hertha Berlin players kneel in solidarity with NFL protests
Hertha Berlin's starting XI kneeled and locked arms in the centre of the pitch in a show of solidarity Saturday with sweeping protests in the NFL against racial injustice and inequality.

A group of NFL players playing for different teams responded recently to U.S. President Donald Trump's divisive comments by kneeling during the national anthem. The movement has now reached Germany, as Hertha observed a moment prior to Saturday's match against Schalke.
Former San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick - who's currently without a team - began kneeling last year in the wake of police brutality.
