LeBron James is done for the preseason.

The Cleveland Cavaliers forward has been ruled out of Friday's preseason tilt against the Orlando Magic due to his sore left ankle, coach Tyronn Lue told reporters Wednesday.

James, 32, didn't practice Wednesday after tweaking his ankle in Tuesday's loss to the Chicago Bulls.

Lue indicated he's "not sure" if James will be ready to go Tuesday when Cleveland opens its regular season versus the Boston Celtics, according to ESPN's Dave McMenamin.

"Got treatment all day today, so I'm not sure if we should be concerned or not," Lue said. "But it's pretty sore today, so we'll just see what happens."

He added that the latest setback left the four-time MVP "pretty mad, pretty pissed off."

James originally rolled his ankle during training camp and missed the first three exhibition contests before making his debut at Quicken Loans. He registered a team-high 17 points, five rebounds, and three dimes, but also had eight turnovers in 30 minutes.

The three-time champ is entering his 15 NBA campaign and hasn't missed a regular-season opener.
