Watch: Bellinger steals show in Game 3 with oppo-taco, insane catch

Cody Bellinger may not be able to pick Jerry Seinfeld out of a lineup, but the Los Angeles Dodgers youngster is both real and spectacular.

Bellinger, the prodigious rookie who smacked 39 homers during the regular season, showed off that power stroke Monday in Game 3 of the National League Division Series, crushing a 416-foot opposite-field solo shot off Zack Greinke to extend his club's lead over the Arizona Diamondbacks to 2-0 in the top of the fifth inning at Chase Field. It was his first career postseason home run.

At 22 years, 88 days old, Bellinger is now the youngest player in Dodgers history to go deep in a playoff game, his fifth-inning blast taking that distinction away from teammate Corey Seager, who had grabbed the record with his solo shot in Game 1 of the 2016 NLDS at 22 years, 163 days old.

And the kid can play defense, too. In the bottom of the fifth, moments after stroking his first-ever playoff homer, Bellinger made a sensational grab on a Jeff Mathis pop-up, reaching over the dugout railing and ultimately tumbling into said dugout to corral the baseball.

Serenity now.
