Take a bow, Jose. You earned it.

In a thoughtful gesture from manager John Gibbons, Jose Bautista was removed for a defensive replacement in the top of ninth inning Sunday, allowing the six-time All-Star to cherish one last standing ovation from an adoring Rogers Centre crowd in what was likely his final home game with the Toronto Blue Jays.

After making his way off the field - he hugged several of his teammates en route to the dugout - Bautista enjoyed one final curtain call, too.

Bautista, the Blue Jays' all-time leader in WAR (35.3), went 2-for-4 with a walk Sunday, scoring once and driving in a run to propel Toronto to a 9-5 victory over the New York Yankees.
