Look: 'Big Al' Jefferson shows up with shockingly svelte physique

Veteran Pacers center Al Jefferson is usually a husky fellow, often tipping the scales at nearly 290 pounds, so showing up to a team event a month before the season looking like he spent the summer in a sauna was certainly a shock.

With Jefferson coming off arguably the worst pro season of his career - in which he averaged just 8.1 points and 4.2 rebounds in 14.1 minutes per game - you can't really blame the 32-year-old veteran for recommitting himself to his craft.
