Carolina Panthers tight end Greg Olsen left Sunday's game against the Buffalo Bills with a foot injury.

Olsen walked off the field under his own power and headed to the medical tent before going to the locker room in the second quarter. The Panthers initially listed him as probable to return, but ruled him out at halftime.

Prior to leaving the game, Olsen caught one pass for 10 yards.

Olsen was later carted onto the sidelines in street clothes, wearing a walking boot and on crutches.

He was named to his third consecutive Pro Bowl last season and is an integral part of the Panthers' passing game.

Ed Dickson could receive more touches in Olsen's absence.
